From the beginning our aim has been to provide an outstanding, child safe centred services, that provides experiences and opportunities for all children and young people in our care.
Our intention has, and always will be, to provide a therapeutic fostering agency. To achieved this, it is important that as an agency, we understand approaches that will underpin our therapeutic thinking. Over time, we will expect all our foster carers and staff members to be fully conversant with this way of thinking, supporting children and young people who present with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
